We’ve gotten the “go ahead” from the owners of the Dunkin Donuts shops in Wallingford to collect at the drive thru for the Wallingford Fireworks Fund.
The first day of collecting is expected to start on Thursday March 1 and we are also hoping to be out on Friday the 2nd and possibly Saturday the 3rd as well. Saturday we are also planning to man the landfill and the recycling center.
This is dependent on getting volunteers to stand out and help us.
We are looking for people that can stand from 6:30AM to 9:30AM each morning on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday we can use help from 6:30AM to 9:30AM at Dunkin Donuts. At 8AM we are hoping to get a couple of volunteers over to the the landfill and the recycling center from 8AM to noon.
